PATHWAYS
Pathways is a housing program that is designed to support individuals to sustain long-term housing.
The service user-centered care plan will focus on building life skills and relationships that are meaningful to the individual to promote a safe and stable living environment.
This program also offers security and support to homeowners who participate in leasing to EFry Housing. The program aids in the building of a successful relationship between the landlord and tenant so that the service user can independently hold the lease after a period of time.
