Rebel with a Cause is our annual fundraiser honouring outstanding local individuals who have shown advocacy and action to address issues of criminalization, challenged practices in the criminal justice system to make them more equitable, and/or worked towards making changes towards gender equality.
Anti-Stigma Day is an annual event marked by the United Nations’ Office on Drugs and Crime as “International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking”, supporting the War on Drugs through social media campaigns, information, etc. Our Anti-Stigma Day is held on the same day to reduce the stigmatization experienced by our peers who use substances.
We invite community partners to join us on June 26th and share in the #stigmakills message and spread awareness to end the stigma.
